Great downtown hotel with many perks. Evening wine reception and picnic basket for breakfast left by room door are two unique perks. Location is central to all downtown shopping, concert venues, and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Friendly, helpful staff! This is my second stay in 6 months and I will return.

I’d love to keep it my secret but it’s just too good to not share with others. From the warm greeting to the well-appointed room, you are in your little oasis. Plus, they give you a breakfast basket delivered to your room each morning and a wine tasting every afternoon. Restoration Asheville is a gem!

The BEST hotel experience in a very long time! Very rare that you get outstanding staff, stellar location, beautiful hotel and top notch food all in the same place. We attended a wedding that was held in the hotel… Absolute perfection on every level! Can’t wait to return!

Tip notch customer service, they really go above and beyond. Small touches- breakfast delivered to everyone in a picnic basket, great rooftop and basement bars, patio seating, they will drive you around town and pick you up in the hotel jeep, dog friendly, pack and play for baby, central location... the list goes on. Id recommend to anyone

Located in the middle of Asheville's Historic district - everything we wanted to do was walkable. The hotel itself is pristine and classy - we highly recommend!

The Restoration Asheville is a great place to stay! It's right downtown and convenient to all the shops and dining. The room was beautifully decorated with modern conveniences. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the game room in the basement.

Loved lower level bar. Free skiball and pinball machines. Good drinks. Staff were all very nice and helpfull. The only issue we had was that there was not any comfortable seating and no table. Breakfast was delivered around 7am in a cute picnic basket. Again, it was difficult to eat in room. I suggest to go down to lobby where there are several tables and chairs. Also a microwave if you have to heat something up.

Everything about this hotel was comfortable and had excellent service in a great location. Was not impressed with limited menu in 3 restaurants but there were plenty of great restaurants around we went to within a 5 minute walk.

We could not have asked for a better experience here at The Restoration. The customer service was excellent and the room was immaculately spacious, clean and well maintained. The Draftsman Lounge downstairs was a blast! We are already planning our next trip back!

Excellent experience. Very nice hotel with three onsite restaurants/bars. Across the street from a park. Park has community drum circle on Friday evenings which was fun. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. Everything is close by and walkable.

This was our first time at The Restoration, but will certainly not be the last! The hotel itself is gorgeous, as are the rooms. Spacious, beautifully appointed, and well-fitted with everything we would need. The location cannot be better - it is in the heart of Asheville Downtown and you can walk to pretty much everything you might want to do. But more than anything, the staff is excellent. We had some minor issues in the AC system and everyone was super gracious about moving us to a room that was perfect. The true mark of any business is it's ability to respond to an issue, no matter how big or small. The Restoration gets full credit for it's ability to do so!

A great hotel in a great location. The Restoration is well appointed with high end finishes, and friendly, efficient staff. We liked the choices of places to eat and drink within the hotel and the breakfast basket by our door each morning was an unexpected but appreciated touch. Thank you! Hotel was amazing! Very clean, beautiful decor, comfortable bed. Everything seemed very new and updated! Our only negative was that on Friday nights there is a drum circle that gathers and plays in the square right across from the hotel until 10 pm. It was loud!!!!

We stayed overnight just to visit the Asheville area. We will definitely return. We loved our stay @ The Restoration. Valet parking was easy, our king premier room was spacious, stylish and all we could ask for. Location was perfect to explore downtown. The Exchange restaurant had delicious food and the staff were great. Highly recommended!

Greeted by the most friendliest valet drivers ever!!! Unfortunately I broke my foot the day before and had a hard time getting out of the car. They were so helpful with assisting me getting out of the car and very patient. They helped with all the bags and got us to the check in desk. Cole and the Young Lady at the check-in desk were so welcoming and helpful upon arrival. Cole informed us of the property amenities, which are quite impressive. Cole provided us with a quick tour for the 1st floor (restaurant/bar/library) and information about the rooftop bar and basement bar/lounge. Beautiful!!!!! Once walking into the room me and my husband were blown away with the esthetic of the room AND the space! There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, another great addition to the room. The snacks available for purchase on top of countertop were also delicious and had plenty of options for either sweet/salty/healthy options. There were handcrafted cocktails on the bar cart available for purchase and reasonably priced! Amazing! The hotel is located in a Great central location within proximity to everything. We walked around and enjoyed downtown Asheville. They offer complimentary rides around the city within a 2 mile radius. Another added bonus! We were celebrating my husbands birthday so the young lady at the check in desk provided great recommendations for some local restaurants. Upon returning in the evening the night was far from over.
