「My impression of the Big 4 Big River Holiday Park was a disappointment, over priced for what was on offer. This Park was tidy, but lack shaded areas or greenery, has a very mediocre (small) size gated swimming pool. The two bedroom cabins are very small containing a matchbox size bathroom, the shower floor tiles are extremely slippery, with the shower hot and cold water hard to regulate. The slope down to the riverside from the cabin was too steep if for anyone mobility issues. On the positive...

「We had a bunk room with no ocean views. The room was clean however it was not air conditioned and the night was hot and hummid. There was also a lot of noise from a band at the hotel and other patrons at the hotel. The bunk beds had clean linen but were not comfortable.」

「Bed was very comfortable, clean and staff very helpful and friendly. On a small negative, I prefer to park in front of my room and there was no provision to do that. Location to my destination was great and I thank the staff for making my stay pleasurable.」

We have a big room and it is very convenience to parking our car directly at the front door of our "house". We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. 」
