"We found the Tap House to be a disappointing stay, full of contradictions. The checkin was easy and the staff friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which has a sitting area and kitchen. The room was nice but tired with dirty doors and some broken/missing fixtures (door return hanging off, cable trunking missing capping). "The gym was exceptional for a spa hotel and the breakfast was very pleasant however we did find that the hotel itself was quite dated and the rooms were in need of a bit of updating. The bathroom especially could use some modernization."

"The Leonardo EMA is a well placed hotel, however we found the decor and general demeanour of the hotel to be very tired. No lifts that we could see. Our room was nice enough, but had only been superficially cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned. Bed was very comfy though. Bathroom showed signs of wear with the odd little bit of black mould and other areas that could have been better scrubbed. I found a rusty screw by the base of the toilet.
