"From the moment we got to Kinosaki the airport shuttle staff and driver were so friendly. The staff took their time to explain everything about our stay to us this was the part I really thought was impressive. They also have hot drinks , beer and ice cream for free. They also label all the food was extremely helpful. The onsens are so clean , the rooms are spacious and they also set out the bed for you. The Japanese garden at the center of the ryokan was so beautiful and at night they play traditional japanese films. I will definitely come again very relaxing stay."
