The room was clean and tidy including the bathroom. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The distance to the premises of the Kaaba was reasonable. The price was really good/cheap. This is my second time staying at the Swissottel, it is by far the best hotel in Makkah. Clean rooms, super friendly staff, proximity to Kaaba and best buffet ever. Will always be my first choice in Makkah.
