「Very bad smile inside in the house」

「Nadie controlo la entrada, nadie en recepción. Solo pusieron sábanas para dos y éramos tres. No nos identificaron. No estaba en dirección que pone la página. Había cucarachas. Colchón dado completamente de sí, etc. FATAL.」

「I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. The manager was wonderful —...

「The only good thing about this property is location. The picture of the balcony in the booking shows an apartment situated much higher than what we got. I specifically booked an apartment for the view that was in the picture. When I pointed that out, the response was that’s a general picture. So, don’t rely on pictures. The basic things that one would expect, such as a bath mat or shampoo, weren’t present. We had a reservation for a week and got only one roll of toilet paper, when asked for more...

「The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!」

「Excellent location, very clean.」

「Fantastic location, very clean apartment. Hardly any noise from the streets even though we were so close to two main roads. Great access to restaurants and the Republic Square shops and activities. Easy to checkin with plenty of information and quick repossession via WhatsApp. Good strong WiFi. We also used the washing machine twice to do our laundry in preparation for our onwards journey. We will go back on our next stay.」
