「Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast is very good and full of variety. Great location as well. Easily access to old town area. Plenty of restaurant and department stores around. One problem is that there is a unpleasent toilet smell when we first entered the room and lingers until the next day.」

「Positives - Great location, nice room, good WiFi, roomy bathroom with a great shower, wonderful breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, atmospheric building, service room with vending machines and washing facilities plus spare towels. Minor quibbles- bathroom blinds did not guarantee privacy to the outside, curtains did not close properly due to missing hooks etc. The overriding plus was the careful attention of the staff!」
