「Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer Bedienteil von der Klimaanlage in zwei Teile. Beim festmontierten Föhn fehlte der Schlauch, da unbrauchbar und wir mussten mit nassen Haaren ins Bett gehen. Duschtüren fehlten. Bad stand komplett unter Wasser. Bad Entlüftung ohne Funktion. Durch späte Ankunft im Hotel keine Reklamation mehr möglich.」

「Hervorragendes Frühstück mit handmade Butter, Konfitüren, Brot, Keksen und Kuchen. Die Produkte waren alle regional und Bio. Pietro, der Bartender, ist sehr höflich, gleichzeit sympatisch und Gin-Experte. Die Küche nutzt nur Zutaten aus der Region. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein, aber extrem schön und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind freundlich, bis auf die Chefin/Managerin die eher unsympathisch und hochnäsig wirkt. 」

「My suggestion is to sort the reviews by lowest first, then you may see a picture of the type of service provided. The owner will respond with excuses so I will not bother writing what actually happened. Suffice to say I would not recommend this place. Lots nicer bed and breakfasts around (check out Flambruzzo which has some great cheap options with better amenities.(also don't expect to receive the amenities listed on booking or Expedia..)
