Pleasant stay in the hills

Beautiful location in the hills with views of green mountainside and rocks. Hotel is close to several beaches, with umbrellas to borrow. Friendly staff throughout, and a solid dinner menu (if a little heavy on inventive flavours at times) in the restaurant. Pleasant pool with (cold) jacuzzi, to make most of setting. Rooms (most called "suites") are comfortable but not very modern.

The view and surroundings are unique! It is quiet and peaceful with wonderful gardens. Spacy rooms. The lounges and tables could be fixed.

Staff very friendly and helped with guidance on places to visit. Great pool and wonderful included breakfast. The cleaning staff even provided a rail for my daughter’s bed so she didn’t roll off without even being asked! Definitely recommend it.

Ludi, in reception was an absolute pleasure. She helped my husband and I went we checked in. We never traveled to Sargenda before and she helped us coordinate a rental car and how to get around the island. The hotel was amazing. We can’t wait to go back. The views, the restaurant, the room 10/10!

Very quite resort with a beautiful pool and wakable areas surrounded by olive trees, aromatic flowers and other vegetation. The lady at the reception was very kind and provided us with valuable information about restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas, she offered us to take umbrella for the sun while we were visiting the beaches, she helped us to make reservation at the hotel's restaurant which by the way is very good and gave us a home made fruit preserve as a souvenir when we left. Thanks

Beautiful property in a farm, not on a beach, closest beach is 15-20 minutes away. Ludi from the front desk was very helpful showed us the best beaches and where we can park our car. The breakfast is average. The restaurant has a very nice view. The rooms are comfortable, the AC works well. I recommend staying at this hotel but having a car is a must but I believe that’s the case for anywhere in Sardinia

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire property is very well-kept, clean, and lovingly maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with great tips for our stay. The restaurant was excellent — both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices and everything was prepared with great care. Overall, this is a place full of charm and hospitality, and we would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Seriously. Im 45 and have travelled a lot in my life, but this hotel is faultless - sincerely faultless. Excellent property, very well maintained by wonderful staff! We had a great time and enjoyed the resort and the amenities! Staff was very helpful, accommodated our needs. The pool is amazing, perfectly surrounded by mountains views. We had it for ourselves most of the days. The food at the restaurant was outstanding! Breakfast was very nice as well! We loved or little apartment, very clean, amazing great quality of beds, towels and bed linens! Every detail was really thought out! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and professional - but humid rooms…

Excellent service and super professional staff and a lovely restaurant, in a beautiful setting overlooking the mountains close to the sea. Great pool area, but still very cold in end May so only used for quick swims. We were unfortunate to arrive to an extremely humid room but were downgraded to another to another with better air. The garden was beautiful but poorly maintained with plenty of weed … We would definitely not come back in the spring months due to the humidity of the rooms, but surely it will be be possibly in the summer.

not a hotel for families with children

After the first night, my wife was told to keep quiet by a rude guest, because our 5-year-old son had cried for 30 minutes at 6 o’clock in the morning. It was very noisy between the rooms, we had a suite. Then my wife was told again by the receptionist that we must keep quiet, due to the same episode when our child had been crying. The hotel showed no understanding that our son could be tired after a journey. My wife was spoken to so that she started to cry. The hotel should not have families with children at all, when they cannot show any understanding. We paid around 500 Euro per night, so it is unheard of to charge extra for an omelette or fresh jucie for breakfast. Otherwise there is nothing around the hotel, the nearest village is nothing. We moved to Porto Rotondo. which is much better. We travel a lot every year but have never experienced being spoken to like this by a hotel. We regretted choosing this hotel. In response to Google, the hotel lies. We were not offered a late check-out, we checked out of the room and handed over the key at 10 in the morning. The hotel says they would find a balance, but in its response the hotel shows no understanding for families with children. The hotel did nothing to apologize for the experience.
