Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. "Got to the hotel to check in. Went to the check in desk and was told to sit on the couches they have in the lobby and someone will check me in. I waited a little bit and the lady never returned from the back. Went to the other person who seemed to be doing everything since the other person was not willing to help.
