Excellent hotel. We had some delays on room availability by around 20 mins on checkout but we were fairly compensated (€150 bar voucher) and after checking we realised one of the two sinks was blocked. Upon raising this to hotel staff they gave us more compensation (€150 bar voucher) for the inconvenience. All in all very positive experience and professional hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious and freshly made options available rather than just buffet services like most hotels which was a plus.

This is an AWESOME zoo!!! Way better than ours we have it is huge! So many animals and awesome animal talks and habitat for the animals!! Plan to spend a few hours here if you have kids and at least 2 if you love animals! Would go back again!
