「Fantastically friendly and helpful staff, central location and spotless clean rooms. Also the atmosphere there is relaxed and friendly. 」

「Comfortable flat in the centre of Gyumri. Excellent bed, bathtub, sofa area, sound system and small kitchen. There is no TV. Really cool lighting. 」

「We got there and they didn't have our reservation. But they offered room key so we can wait comfortable til evening for maneger to arrive. Room had no air-conditioning it was very hot. At that point we decided to leave. We found other hotel down the street that was excellent.」
