「Das Zimmer war für unsere Ansprüche ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden (Föhn, Duschbad, Handtücher, Wasserkocher). Wir haben gut geschlafen. Allerdings roch der Abfluss im Bad unangenehm. Zum Frühstück gab es eine kleine Auswahl verschiedener Speisen, u.a. Brötchen, Toast, Ei, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Schokocreme, frisches Obst & Gemüse, Cerealien, Milchalternativen, Tee-/Kaffeevariationen, Saft,... . Das Personal hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. 「Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. 」

「Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.」
