「Breakfast was amazing and served on your balcony at the time set by you. The staff were phenomenal, you started walking towards the sun beds and they were running over with towels and pillows. We were spoilt in the day with treats liked chopped fruit. We were picked up by a the driver who also was our tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. Do not book tour tours before arriving, we just booked Angkor wat tickets direct and then used the hotel tuktuk tours. Free tuktuk to town every...

We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps...

「As we checked in at around 11PM, there were a numbers of mosquitoes in the room. As my request to send us any prevention and staff came up with a can of RAID which effects mosquitoes and also human being... It's a very long night...」

「A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.」

「Very clean and cozy room. Beds are super comfortable and we especially enjoyed the bath there. Housekeepers are nice enough to have all our clothes folded properly. Not the busiest location which is good too because after a day trip to Angkor Wat you wouldnt want to stay at a hotel right next to the pub street. 10mins walk from the pub street though. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you! 」

「This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to...
