「プライベートプール付きのバンガローでした。プールで泳いで，水着のまま部屋のお風呂に直行できます。プールも，水やプールサイドは，よく掃除してあり，清潔感があります。 林の中なので，小鳥のさえずりが聞こえます。ニワトリもいます。ネコも見ました。 夜，近くから音楽が聞こえ，何か調べると，「カンボジアンサーカス」の公演でした。次の日に見に行くと，よかったです。詳しい内容は，検索してください。歩いてすぐに行けるのでおすすめです。（ただし道路の横断には気を付けてください。） スタッフからの気遣いも感じられます。 空港からの迎えは無料でしてもらえますが，送りは有料です。 朝食は，普通のメニューのほか，「カンボジアンメニュー」として，「フォー」の選択もできます。」

「Nice experience in angkor heart bungalow. All the staff and manager are helpful and nice. Food and drinks in hotels are the best i had tried in here.Surely, if i come siem reap next time, i will go heart bungalow again.」

「The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps...

「The service of the staff are excellent. The breakfast offers many choices of food. Our family enjoys staying here. The only unpleasant moment was that the air conditioning in the two rooms are not cool enough and we needed to get 2 fans from the staff. 」

「As we checked in at around 11PM, there were a numbers of mosquitoes in the room. As my request to send us any prevention and staff came up with a can of RAID which effects mosquitoes and also human being... It's a very long night...」

「The location was perfect, about a block of of National Rd 6. They're were ATMs, a supermarket, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The grounds were beautifully maintained with many flowering plants and trees. My room was large and felt spacious with a wardrobe, 2 chairs with a low table between them, a desk with another chair, and another small table between the desk and wardrobe. There was also a balcony with a table and 2 chairs but I mostly preferred to be in the air continued...

「This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to...

「A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.」
