"The room was clean and spacious. The staff at check in were lovely. The airline lost my luggage and they let me use the phone at the front desk as much as I needed. The restaurant and the breakfast were great. A server, Adel, was so patient and amazing. "

"I read some of the reviews of this hostel and i got scared! I had been taking night busses and hadn't slept in a bed in a while, so when i got here i asked to change my reservation to a private room w shared bathroom vs dorm. The person working had to check since i'd reserved through Expedia. She asked me to wait for up to an hour, but was able to resolve it in a few minutes. i had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly. There is no AC in the rooms so please make your choice with this in mind! I live somewhere super hot and don't have AC at home, so i did not mind. It's an old building, like so.many beautiful buildings around. The guests were all nice but they come and go. There was construction outside like others mentioned, which i doubt the hostel is orchestrating. Luckily i was here saturday to sunday, and the work doesn't take place on Sundays. But if so i would have put my headphones on. It was comfortable and clean, good bathrooms."
