「Reception staff we so helpful… attentive and actually concerned about helping us with any question or concerns we expressed! Room was spacious and very clean. Views from the hotel (room/restaurant) were spectacular. Meals in the restaurant were delicious and wait staff very helpful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again in a heart beat!」

Location of the property is excellent although parking in the town is very expensive. The hotel has a couple of parking spaces which cannot be reserved so it’s pot luck if you get one.」

「Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me...

「This is a very comfortable hotel. We stayed a second time as a couple, to use as a base to visit WW2 sites. Ideal. The staff are very welcoming. Great breakfast available, evening meal if requested. Bar. Near the sea with several restaurants near by, check opening times out of season. Highly recommended.」

「Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.」
