"The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. "Gostei muito da estadia! A receptividade foi excelente, todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. As acomodações são bem limpas e organizadas diariamente. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bem preparado e saboroso.
