「Everything the best」

「Love the design of the hotels! The restaurant SEEN in the resort is great too!」

「I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall...

「I'll start by saying that our expectations were far exceeded. Admittedly, as a US based traveling couple, we had never heard of Royal Garden Villas previously and simply found this property through the use of AI and comparisons to Bali. Once we arrived, we were delighted with our reception and check-in process, the first walk through of the room and exterior patio were better than any pictures on the internet, and we kept it simple our first night and ordered room service.

Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows...

「The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great.」
