2 bedroom apartment with 2 baths, double balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Staff was amazing. Beautiful pools. We took the breakfast option and it was delicious. Entire property was very clean. Close to all amenities and the ocean. Highly recommend this property.

Second time staying here. It's in a beautiful location. Only issue was no air-conditioning. Alright in winter time but in summer maybe an issue. Hair dryer is excellent don't bring your own. Staff are fab and the location is superb 👏.

Very good hotel, location, staff friendly, room good condition, nice views, pool area nice.. One thing we didn't like is that from shower water always came too much to floor and you needed to use towels to dry floor. We will defo come back.

Hotel was fab so central the start of the royal mile, a fab location, lovely pool area and our room had great views 7th floor, fabulous restaurant across from PS4 called the Bank pre book would recommend, a fantastic holiday 6 days.

The location of the property was excellent and the staff was lovely. The property as a whole is missing very basic amenities- no air conditioning, no toiletries, no pool towels, the wifi was non-existent on the 6th floor. Very basic twin beds when pushed together, no fitted sheet to keep them together.

Great apartment, location, amenities however the fan in our room was faulty. Despite reporting it, it only worked fully for 1 night of our stay. Needless to say we didn't get the R&R we were needing.

Stayed at the Arona location and first night was a nightmare, it was very hot and humid at the room and both ceiling fans were not working. They do provide a portable aircon but that's at 60 euros per week. An engineer did come that evening and helped fix both which made the stay a little more bearable. There were many little ants crawling around the kitchen area as well as the table which was not great, there must be a nest that is overlooked. The pool was great, just a shame far too many people selfishly "reserve" the lounges to then go disappear for hours before using them. Our little one was given a ribbon to use the water park at Santiago 3 which was great.

We were housed in the main building facing the main road on the 2nd floor, though you could not hear any noise when the doors were closed. The hotel is looking a little tired but overall, the condition was good. The beds were very comfortable, though they did split and slide across the floor when a certain activity was involved! The pool area was really nice with plenty of loungers. Prices of the food and drink were what you would have expected. Some items were more expensive than what you have to pay outside of the hotel, yet some were cheaper. My only concern was that there was no lockable room to store your luggage when checking out at 11am. You either took them with you or you had to leave them in the reception area away from the main desk.
