Das Gästehaus gegenüber der Alten Backhaus ist hervorragend, sehr ansprechend. Ein schönes sehr großes Zimmer mit vier Betten, alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Wasserspender, Kaffeeautomat im Flur zur Selbstbedienung. Gegenüber im Alten Backhaus wurde ein tolles Frühstück gereicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft, wenn erforderlich. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einem separaten Raum einschließen. Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir ( 2Personen ) haben kurz vorm Jahreswechsel gebucht und wollten " ruhige " Silvester feiern. Gesagt, gebucht...nur mussten wir für abends im Restaurant einen Tisch dazubuchen. Silvester natürlich ausgebucht ! Jetzt kommt das super, nette, freundliche Personal ins Spiel und bat uns, etwas später zu kommen, da die meisten Gäste Einheimische sind und nicht so lange bleiben. Zwei Stunden vor Küchenschließung waren 2 kleine Tische schon frei und wir konnten sogar wählen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, ebenfalls loben muss ich den Küchenchef und sein Team. Die Gerichte kamen heiß und schön angerichtet zum Tisch. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel / Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen, auch auf Grund der Lage oben in Alt Arnsberg, nahe der Burgruine ,von wo man einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt in die Natur genießen kann. Herzlichen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt Detlev und Ulla

Ruhig, mitten in der Altstadt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück etwas spärlich, wer später kommt, hat das Nachsehen. Personal etwas mürrisch.

Hätte Besser sein können

Zimmer sind nicht gerade modern. Kleiner Fernseher. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und auch nicht mehr modern. Das Restaurant bzw. die Kneipe ist hingegen super. Das Essen war top und der Service der Mitarbeiter war auch super. Das Frühstück war allerdings sehr spartanisch. Kaffee gab es aus einer Kantinenkanne zum pumpen. Es gab leider auch kein Rueheei und kein frisches Obst. Es gab eigentlich überhaupt kein Obst.
