"Wonderful property just outside of Bern. Very clean and comfotable room. We had a huge balcony on 3rd floor room. Staff super helpful on how to get to places by public transportation- tons of buses and trams. Food at hotel restaurant was very good, but pricey compared to other cities in Europe. Defintely great hotel for the price."

"We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!"

"Very clean and friendly staff! The train station is conveniently located right next door (don't worry, the trains are quiet). Additionally, there are 2 grocery stores within walking distance (5 min walk) from the hotel. The only thing is, I wish there were a mini fridge in the room to store some leftover groceries for the next day's meal or snack. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again!"

"There is a problem with the floor in the shower, there is not enough pitch, so the water runs out into the bathroom."
