「A gem of a hotel in Benidorm. Food cleanliness staff you name it it was great. Stayed before and it never disappoints. Reception staff were fantastic well clued up and resolve any issues immediately. Food quality exceptional. All diners in the evening had made a real effort and looked lovely.」

「Really nice hotel. Has the ‘solid marble feel’ of a high end hotel. That said I almost gave it a 4 star as the location isn’t great, the beach is just stones, and the hotel can seem almost empty. The spa is amazing but the gym could be improved and larger. Food was very good. 」

「Absolutely loved this hotel so much, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A beautiful pool area which was nice and quiet to send the day and the room, very clean and functional. Always use servigroup hotels as I find they have amazing standards and food at reasonable price. The Venus was no different.」

「We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we have been to Benidorm and we are very comfortable there the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice we choose to have bed and breakfast and the food at breakfast is quality and a lovely selection for everyone for everyone we will definitely stay there again」
