「This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.」

「My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. 「The staff is very helpful. The room size is big for family room but the interior decoration is old. The hotel garden is very nice and is a wedding venue thought the location is quite remote and no any other restaurants or stores available.」

「A lovely and very affordable stay in a nice quiet room! Every inch of the room was pristinely clean and tidy. The reception staff member was very helpful, professional and efficient. The only improvements would be as follows: - A fridge in the room would have been a helpful amenity - The pillows were extremely chunky so maybe an option of a flatter size? - The bins in the car park were overflowing with rubbish - The curtains need to be longer as they let in light all the way along the...

「This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to...

「Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice.」
