Really lovely place with beautiful views of roman monuments. The only complication is that you cannot drive to the hotel as it is in the historic center - however follow the instructions you get in their email upon reservation - just for the drop off and pickup of luggage the very helpful hotel staff makes that possible! They also offer a great deal on city parking!
The hotel is in the middle of everything you need to see in the town. Beautiful location and amazing hotel. My wife and I stayed and explored the town walking to all sites from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit and breads and hot eggs and sausage. Room and bathroom were great
We loved the location of the hotel and the staff members were welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar was lovely at sunset. (Try the locally-made gin, Bigourdan, in a G&T…really unique flavor!)
No on-site parking so, if you arrive by car, plan ahead and consolidate to a small bag to make the 7 minute walk from the parking garage to the hotel. Otherwise be prepared to pull your bags up the stairs and gentle slope of the streets to the hotel.
This was our favorite hotel during our whole trip. The staff go the extra mile to be helpful, the property is beautiful, we received an upgrade into a beautiful room, and were able to walk everywhere. The spa was a lovely bonus which we enjoyed both days we were there. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back.
Great location adjacent to the arena. Short walk to many restaurants. I would suggest front desk staff could be a little more helpful about driving to the hotel, and what they mean by “drive until you come to a pole.” (It’s not a poke beside the road, it is a retractable pole that blocks the road.)
The staff was very welcoming. we had one hour spa roman baths for ourselves. The location is great near very good restaurants and all the sites you would like to visit in Arles downtown
The room was great - hotel had a wonderful outdoor covered patio for drinks and meals. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The attractions were well within walking distance, as were some very good and reasonably priced restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!
So glad we stayed here. You can’t beat the location right in the heart of the historic district and literally next to the arena. Tons of lovely shops nearby and friendly neighbors. The staff were kind and very hospitable. They have inexpensive parking options around the corner at Mt. Vauban (?) — one way street so keep that in mind. Only downsides were the mosquitos that somehow got into the room and but us repeatedly throughout our stay, and the breakfast was not worth the money. Otherwise; great!
The staff were all just terrific. My husband was injured in a bike accident and they went out of their way to help in so many ways, including driving me to the pharmacy as there were no taxis available. Great location. Nice sized rooms. Pleasant garden. Nice snacks and drinks.

This is an excellent hotel. We booked it for its location and recommendation from watching Rick Steve’s travel videos. The hotel lived up to the expectation, right in the center of everything. Restaurants are within 5 minutes of walking. The staff were very helpful and speaks English. Morning breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices in European standards (fresh self-squeezed orange juice & other juices) variety of bread cold meat cuts, fruits, coffee of every kind, and help yourself boiled eggs. The rooms are reasonable in size and very clean. Truly enjoy the experience staying there.
This is an excellent hotel. Our room was gigantic (unnecessarily so, really, but it's not typical of French rooms) and modern. The staff is particularly attentive, the food is good, the sauna was nice, etc.
If we stay in Arles again, we'll stay here for sure.

The staff at breakfast and behind the bar were especially friendly and helpful, even surprising us with an ice bucket and glasses when we inquired about a bit of ice to take to our room.
Charming welcoming hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and very helpful. We had a great room with a rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

Disliked: Cleanliness
central location but not great service
The shower was moldy. I liked the photo mural and lighting at the headboard. The espresso with milk ordered at their snack bar was very weak and horrible tasting. There were no instructions given given at check in on how to re-enter the hotel at night. We returned from dinner around 10:15 pm and found the property locked. There was a sign to dial the night staff however no one answered. Finally someone cleaning heard us banging on the door.

Hello Dear Customer
So sorry for this. We definitely should have explained the fact that the front door does shut at night. The night clear should of had his telephone on hand so to have no delay in opening. We will check up on this !
We also have shared your customer experience with both the room crew as well as the Counter crew.
Again all our excuses
Location, location, location! Right between the amphitheatre and the theatre, so close to the centre of town, and ten minutes, down hill! To the train station. And at least two really great restaurants within a block.
