"Excellent new place, very friendly staff that made sure my stay was a good one with very good english and suggestions in town. Very close to the train station and right in the old town about two minutes walk to the Arles Amphitheatre and walkable to wherever you wish to visit there. There is a lot to see in Arles, and a great old town to wander in, so it is better to spend a couple nights, rather than a quick day trip or as part of a tour. All services were not fully up and running yet, but will be for the summer season. In the winter though, wear thick socks or slippers as the concrete floors can be cold. "

Perfect hotel to explore the sites
"The hotel is in the middle of everything you need to see in the town. Beautiful location and amazing hotel. My wife and I stayed and explored the town walking to all sites from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit and breads and hot eggs and sausage. Room and bathroom were great"

"The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. I love the tile floors, it makes things much cleaner. They provide room service every day to tidy up. The sink is huge, there are nice mirrors, hangers are supplied. There is a TV but we haven't used it. We have a bathtub as well as a shower. They upgraded us to a bigger room with a king sized bed. The beds are a little firm, I've found that to be the generally the case in Europe, but they have plenty of nice big pillows. The sheets, pillowcases seem to be made of linen or linen/cotton. "

"We were very comfortable is this beautiful country house just outside Arles. The rooms were large, with plenty of clothes storage space, nice bathroom fittings (although a hook for the shower head is needed on the tiled wall) and views across the garden. Breakfast was delicious and Pascale bought fresh bread and croissants every morning. There were tea/coffee facilities and a fridge for guest use. We could use the enormous lounge room for a glass of wine in the evening. "
