「This place is completely misleading compared to what is shown online. Access to hotel difficult, with no clear signage or instructions provided in advance, I was never contacted with proper arrival details which made finding the property unnecessarily stressful. When I finally arrived, the hotel has no sign , the surrounding area felt like a residential back alley rather than a hospitality setting, with a general sense of neglected and poor upkeep. The contrast between the online photos and...

「Wonderful hotel, staff go out of their way to help you. The breakfast is out of this world and will be very much missed! Don’t fill up on the buffet food immediately though because you will be served a lovely selection to your table and can then add from there. Jacuzzi room was divine. We would definitely recommend this hotel and might be back in future years. Access to hotel is on a cobbled Street so, suitable footwear is advisable. Alacati and the hotel sits on a very picturesque street....

「Öncelikle odalarda netflix olması konaklamamızı daha güzel kıldı odalar yeterli ve güzeldi konaklamamızı olumsuz etkileyen 2şey oldu 1.si saat 11:30 gibi tesiste sıcak su yoktu duş alamadık 2. si ise C.O saati olmamasına ragmen temizlik personelinin kapıyı çalmadan hatta zorlayarak odaya girmeye çalışması oldu içeride olduğumuzu söylediğimizde temizlik personeli özür dilemek yerine kaçmayı seçti bu iki unsur dışında tesis gayet güzel konumu çok iyi ve girişte yardımcı olan Osman bey...
