"First time at this location. Easy outside parking. The hotel is in a good location and I felt safe. Lovely lobby space and easy check in. Didn’t use the commissary area, but it did look well stocked and the chocolate chunk cookies looked amazing! Room was a little dated, but clean and comfy. The bed was super comfortable. The linens were very soft and smelled clean, although the pillows were small. Water pressure was great in the shower and the bathroom was clean… and bonus, the towels were soft and not scratchy! I’m actually very happy to find this hotel. I stay in Phoenix a lot and even though this was a little out of my way in Mesa, it was worth it!"

"The suite was roomy which I liked but I brought Clorox wipes and the jet tub had brown around the edge that I cleaned and the shower handle came off in my hand. On the deck there was mesh that had holes in it which wasn’t very appealing. But the room overall was comfortable."
