The hotel staff, from check in to housekeeping, were super friendly and warm - even though we struggled with our Spanish. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in La Seu D.Urgell. 」

「Very nice views from our room. Balcony was a nice way to spend the early morning. The room was comfortable and apparently clean. Parking was a bit challenging. The lot out front is small and fills up easily. We parked on the street down the road and walked a few minutes. Check-in was a bit interesting. We waiting around by the best for a 10 minutes until someone came to help. A staff member walked by us a few times but did not even look at us or acknowledge our presence.」
