Las habitaciones, por lo menos las del tercer piso, donde estuve, son muy pequeñas y hechas de Drywall lo que no presta el aislamiento adecuado ni del frío, ni de los ruidos de otras habitaciones. El servicio es muy básico, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, por ejemplo. Está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. "This location does not have a reception it is a room in a building of flats. I arrived No one around, I was let into the building by a grumpy resident as we woke him hammering on the door at 5am when my bus arrived. He could not speak English and went straight back to his room leaving me on my own in a strange building not knowing what to do (I am a woman solo traveler). Eventually another resident got up to go to work and thankfully contacted the Manager who lives around the corner. He came...

"The hotel is in a great location. It is clean and front office staff and the manager are very helpful. However, be aware that “courtyard” view is really a room with a window to a small foyer with glass roof. The hotel (like many hotels in Arequipa) doesn’t have AC. They do provide a fan on request that is fine, if it it’s not too hot outside. The breakfast they offer is not great. After first day we used the restaurant next door, Oso, which is great."
