「Great customer service. Nice pool area and the food was yummy!」

「unlike other hotels you are only allowed 1 free guest breakfast although others are booked with your stay. Breakfast cost was too expensive the type of food being offered. Massage therapist was late, and very brutal in her treatment. Massage area was not as sanitary as it should be.」

「It's an old hotel, needs rehabilitation, renovation and reactivation. My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. 」

「I need to start by saying the staff of the hotel was amazing. Having said that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance. There were stains all over the carpets. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor....
