"The property was what i expected from a 4 star hotel."

"The charged me over $350 worth of different charges along with the $125 incidental fee (which made sense) but the rest they said were an accident a would be removed. Still huge inconvenience. My room was dirty. Hair all over the floor. The front desk were not professional while checking in."

"Great location and neat hotel. Undergoing renovation of the lobby area which had things messed up. Room was great with a great view but needed some repairs. For example, in the bathroom: needed new gasket on shower (water leaked), two of the towel racks were coming loose from the wall. Hot water was out one night but quickly fixed. Just too nice a property not to be maintained."

"Rooms are very very outdated. Beds are very old and even after being upgraded to a suite, the room was old and dirty. "

"The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and I did not catch his name but the guy working the front desk on my morning of arrival was able to get me an early check in which was amazing considering I had been traveling since 3 in the morning. The bed is very comfortable and my only complaint would be I wish the room had a fridge, but overall a 10/10 experience. "
