While the setting is beautiful, the service and management response were completely unacceptable for a hotel at this luxury price point. At dinner (which was not included in the room rate), my wife's bread for her bouillabaisse was served burnt. By the time it was replaced she had finished the dish, had she waited it would have gone completely...

「The rooms were clean and to be expected for a hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the large common area and the available bar. We were just passing through so didn't get to explore the surrounding area but there is lots to do and see. We enjoyed the available breakfast and there is a large common kitchen.」

「The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too. 」
