There is a wonderful restaurant, The Sprig, on property and the food was outstanding. Within a very short walk we found The Coffee Bothy which is a great place to grab coffee and breakfast. 」

「When we arrived, a note said to meet staff at their new restaurant (The Sprig) in the converted church. The staff were friendly and helpful, got us settled in quickly and made space for us in their very popular and underrated restaurant. The staff was very helpful through the stay. Owner is wonderful and talked about history of the buildings. I will stay here again in the future.」

「The location is beautiful, the home modern and the host is so friendly (not to mention the chillest dog Brody who is just a handsome lad). There’s lovely little bar and restaurant a couple minutes up the road where you can grab dinner. Note - this part of the island is really away from it all which makes it wonderful. Just know you’re not staying in a big town」

「Comfortable and cozy B&B style small hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Updated room and bathroom. Hotel is located in a beautiful and remote area. My only complaint was that it was about an hour or so drive to hiking and tourist sites.」

「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.」
