「Barrow Lodge was a a great place to stay for our golfing vacation to visit Tralee and Ballybunion golf clubs. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a nice big bed and goodies in the room like tea, water, coffee, sweets and fruit. Great views and right on the water. The host Clodagh is a wonderful person, a breath of fresh air; she is incredibly kind and generous and very helpful in providing tips on where to eat at night and making reservations. Her breakfast were also very delicious and you...

「Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. There was no socket to plug in hairdryer near the mirror. The staff serving breakfast looked like they weren't enjoying their job. We couldn't get back in after being out with friends that night. Door was locked, rang intercom few times only to be told there was no one there. Finally a man opened the door and said "you should have used the intercom" I did 3 times and knocked hard on the door. I think we should have been told at check in that the door...

「Our greeting was cold and offhand. We were asked too pay cash, and when I objected, there might have been an option for debit card.. in the end we found cash, we were shown the room and left alone. Next morning we found breakfast but didn’t see anyone , these people are definitely not in the hospitality business, more the take the money and run business!!」
