「Loved it! Helpful staff, tidy & clean room, is in town, teriffic breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Note the time that the front desk closes so you can make plans for late check-in if needed.」

「Incredible place great view very clean Really enjoyed the stay」

「Perfect location combining parking with access to old town. Lots of good restaurants next door. I had problem with hot water second day and was moved to a new room since not possible to fix quickly. Needed to urgently print a document whoosh they helped with. Also helped when I arrived late the first evening. Overall very attentive and friendly. Can give my highest recommendation.」

「Clean room, helpful staff. Easy parking lot, then we drove closer to Arcos and parked, walked to the old city.」

「Excelente servicio del personal, principalmente de recepción」

「very bad. Book this hostel from Hotel.com, be especially careful. October 28, 2015, we booked accommodation from Hotel.com. Orders included dinner that night and breakfast the next day. We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. They have confirmed reservation system is wrong, but we still insist on not offer breakfast and dinner. Originally been planned good trip all been disrupted. Travel to the area, the...
