「best stay ever! wonderful location, hotel and staff. Would highly recommend」

「This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

「One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property. My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem. The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. 「Amazing location. Great staff. Clean room. Will def stay here again」

「Extremely cute hotel/rooms with super helpful staff members!」

「Owners were very nice, breakfast was excellent, location was great.」

「This was a fantastic place to stay. The host was so kind and helpful. The rooms in our suite were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for accessing the train to Naples and was a short walk into town. We highly recommend this place.」

「Well situated by the sea, especially given the Luis Vuitton Cup yachts were practicing in the harbour. There is a lovely bakery and bar underneath the accommodation and it is easy to walk to the older part of Naples」

「Wonderful and very central stay in beautiful, safe part of Chiaia. We loved the spacious room & beautiful bathroom and were especially delighted that we could check in early. Highly recommended!」
