OK, but definitely not value for money.

I did find the room, although clean, one of the most uncomfortable I have had. Pillow was horrible and the bedding not much better. Could really use a little modernisation but most of all, lose the pillows for better ones, horrible nights sleep.

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr schön in der Innenstadt , am Markt gelegen. Überteuertes Frühstück ohne Service , eher Jugendherberge….. Dennoch mit viel Freude den wunderschönen Park von Arcene genossen.

Ontbijt was pas vanaf 09.00 uur. Zondag hebben ze dit extra voor ons aangepast om 08.30uur. Super lief personeel in de morgen. Ook bij het diner. Ook erg goed. Zeker een aanrader.

Centraal gelegen in het centrum van Arcen. Een nette en gezellige accomodatie. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een goede keuken. Ruime en schone kamers Genoeg mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes in de omgeving, zoals de thermen, stad Venlo met zijn musea, de recreatiemogelijkheden in de Maasduinen, de kasteeltuinen van Arcen, de bierproeverij van hertog Jan etc.

Prima hotel in het midden van het centrum. Enige was dat wij er waren tijdens extreem warme dagen en er is geen airco in het hotel dus was ‘s nachts wel zwaar.

Hotel zelf helemaal prima, aardig en behulpzaam personeel ook. Ontbijt idem. Let wel op dat het kan zijn dat je bedient kan worden van muziek door de kroeg ernaast, in ons geval tot vrij laat. Als je je daar aan kan storen zou ik even nadenken, maar wel unieke ligging, midden in het bruisende Arcen.

Ondanks dat we aan de voorkant van het hotel sliepen. En het buiten erg druk was omdat je boven een cafe lig. Toch heerlijk geslapen. Doordat de bedden niet doorgezakt waren.

Mooi en gezellig hotel. Grote kamers, wel zonder airco en dat is bij meer dan 30 graden een nadeeltje. Prima ontbijt en ontzettend aardig personeel. Wanneer je een kamer voor hebt kun je wanneer de terrassen vol zitten wat last hebben van herrie. Oplossing is om zelf op het terras te gaan zitten...

Fint men varmt

En mysig holländsk liten ort med ett väldigt fint hotell och stort rum men otroligt varmt på rummet. De sängar som stod på övervåningen gick inte att sova i då det var alldeles för varmt däruppe. Den enda fläkt som stod på rummet räckte inte för att få bort värmen. AC saknas. Dessutom tog hotellet betalt om man checkade in efter klockan 22. Kom man en timme senare kostade det 100 Euro extra, borde framgått vid bokningen!

Obs! Fanns ingen info vid bokning om att det kostar extra att komma efter 22.00 eftersom personalen går hem då. 50 EUR så var noga med tiden! Stora familjerum med två sköna dubbelsängar. Tyvärr ingen ac så extremt varmt om det är varmt ute.
