We had the most amazing stay, beautiful room, very clean, excellent location and although the check in was self service the instructions we super easy to use. Can’t wait to come back soon!

The Hotel is lovely, very clean, our room was very spaces. No kettle or fridge in rooms, but there is a coffee machines downstairs that you can use for a fee. Only one negative for me there is only 1 mirror in the whole apartment we had and that was in the bathroom, so with 4 girls it didn’t work.

We had a decent stay but there were some annoying things No kettle or coffee machine Hob took ages to get hot No dishcloth to wipe down surfaces No control for air on Could not get WiFi to work Could not get physical key set up Only mirror is in bathroom and not a full length Only 1 light switch for entire apartment Silly that they want you to pay for coffee in lobby Place is clean We heard the church bells but didn’t disturb us

A good option for a short stay. It is a self check-in so I felt a bit strange not to have any human contact but it can be also very convenient :) and we received all the necessary information by email. It is very new and room has everything you need for a night. Very close to the lake and the city centre. Paid parking options nearby. One negative note is that we had small spiderweb in the bathroom.

I arrived after 10pm and all doors were closed. Had to ask the bar attendant nearby to let me in through back door. Upon checking in through the machine provided in the lobby I was prompted to pay for my stay - I inserted my card but the payment machine display was not working and I could not see what to do. After several attempts I ended up tapping my card and then guessing that now I should type in my pin and press the green button (without any visuals to support my guess) and it worked thank God. Otherwise a very nice small, cosy hotel with good design and modern stylish newly renovated features and I enjoyed my stay, very comfortable - would come again.

I just want to say how much I appreciate this property. We arrived late but they have a 24/7 hotline on standby for clarifications and guidelines. They are very quick to reply to concerns. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Love the nice touch of adding a nougat on your bed as a welcome touch! The housekeeping is also very honest and their staff are very responsive and so helpful when I left my item in the room after I checked out. They even mailed it for me. Really five star service and great hotel! Highly recommend!

Nice, but noisy

The room was very nice and newly renovated. And it was super clean when we arrived. The location was easy to find as well. We thought parking was included, but its not. There are some spots available just next to the hotel against payment, but during night its free, which is nice. The drawback about the place is the church thats located next door and the bells ringing. Its starts early and ends late, so it was very disturbing for our sleep, especially when the windows were open. It was also disturbing when there was a family in the room above with kids running, it made a lot of noise in the morning and at night. There is no staff, but its easy to check in and out. There should be room cleaning, but for some reason we did not get room cleaning our last night, despite hanging the sign on our door, which is why i didnt give 5 stars in cleanliness.

This hotel was very new and of the type where check in is automated, there are no staff at all. This was a straightforward process but be ready to take down your room number- you don't see it for long! The hotel was close to the cycle route round Bodensee and had good covered parking for bikes. Parking was also available for cars. The room and ensuite were spacious, modern, air conditioned, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the bed ! Switzerland does use its’ own plug socket, but USB sockets were provided so no problem charging the phones. The only oddity was the sink specifically designed to have no plug which my. Husband noted this as he likes a wet shave . There is no food available but there is an excellent bakery very close and a coffee machine in reception. A previous reviewer commented on the church bells , so I brought earplugs and did not hear them. My husband said he heard them overnight but this did not significantly affect his sleep .

We stayed in a beautiful, newly renovated and spacious family room, which easily fitted four people and a dog. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs, as the church bell rings from 5am to midnight. Arbon is a pretty old town and the hotel is a 2 min-walk from the old town and the lake. The self check in was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Positive - newly renovated, clean (except the bathroom sink drains, secured place, quite near the lake. Negative - It was difficult to reach customer service (signal reception was not good?). There was no hot (drinking) water facility. Bathroom drain & sink drain (toilet) were not draining the water properly — they should be cleaned thoroughly! Uneven surfaces (no warning signs) prone to slip & fall.

Hade lite krångel vid incheckningen men fick tryckq runt lite så fick vi till det. Tar tid att fylla i all information, skulle varit stressigt om flera kommer samtidigt. Toppenläge! Nära till parken och lekplats. Rummen superfräscha. Parkeringen gick endast att betala med mynt eller Easypark appen.

Ideale Lage und gute Preis/Leistung

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit idealen Standort in der Nähe des Bodensees. Die Zimmer sind sauber, eigentlich ruhig gelegen (ausser dem Kirchengeläut von nebenan) und zweckmässig eingerichtet. In der Dusche/WC könnte es einen Haken mehr ertragen, um das Duschtuch trocknen zu lassen und auch der Duschboden ist sehr glitschig und somit unfallträchtig. Beim TV muss stets die Einstellung verändert werden, damit der Fernseher läuft und leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Check-in und check-out funktionierte ohne Personal ziemlich smart, doch der persönliche Service bleibt so auf der Strecke, womit nur per Mail Kontakt/Austausch möglich.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Arbon. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, modern eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Der Check-In hat leider erst mit Unterstützung der Hotline funktioniert, da es einen System Fehler gab!
