「El personal y servicio excelente」

「Very good hotel and they are always willing to help. Have stay there numerous times. Breakfast is really good.」

「I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great.」

「NO NEED」

「This is a very traditional hotel in Cali, and I absolutely loved the location. The Food is amazing, the welcome cocktail was delicious, their empanadas are a must-try, and breakfast was one of the best. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also have drivers outside the hotel who you can rely on to take you...
