「This is a family owned and family run hotel that goes that extra mile that chain hotels cannot. If you decide to eat-in the meals are prepared and cooked with fresh ingredients and taste great. This was our second stay in two years and we plan to return later this year. 」

「We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks! 」

「What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house.
