「Property was great. Had no communication as to how to get in the property. After getting no where with guest portal or customer service line, we drove to the office and luckily caught an employee on the way out. He was able to get us some instructions on how to enter」

「They canceled on us a few days before our check in day. We had to get another property further away from the family we were seeing. It was not convenient. The new place had air conditioning problems and we had no time to call because we were busy to get it fixed. It should have been fixed before we got there. 」

「Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have...
