「A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it.」

「Check in was easy and welcoming. However, the keycard did not work and I called reception and then I had to go back downstairs for them to actually register the keycard. The facilities were good with a nice and spacious gym and pool with a refreshing water machine to drink at your disposal. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in this hotel but not much around the area. The most disappointing thing would have had to have been the breakfast service. I ordered room service and...

「Its a very quiet place if you are searching for relaxation, the area around it not that nice, i don’t recommend using the street taxi because they will charge you 3x. I like the hotel as an experience and i think you don’t need to leave it at all.」

「Excellent locution.You can walk to most popular attractions. Very safe. Metro station is right around the corner for other attractions. Like new hotel built 3 years ago. Room was very clean comfortable with down pillows and comforter. Good mini bar. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice spa with lap pool, good water temperature. Sauna and Turkish bath. Jalil at the front desk was very helpful. Would stay again. 」

「This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Everything else is very good」
