「Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. 「What a gem! Love, love, love this property! Best food we had in Spain! We are here every night because we loved it so much. Room 17 is spectacular! Great location to nearby hiking and sites around the Pyrenees. I will go back! Very romantic.」

「arrived during Holy Week festivities. Road was blocked off and very busy. Parked in a public car park several minutes walk away. Not a problem as only had overnight bags. Friendly & easy check in. Our room overlooked the street so was able to view one of the processions. Food in hotel restaurant looked excellent and was value for money along with the drinks. Great service.Only comment to be made on the room was a tight space between table & bed.」

「The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard.」

「Solucionaron un error grave, ya que había una oferta y, la habitación que te asignaban, no correspondía con la de las imágenes de la web de Expedia. Aún siendo una época complicada de reservas, nos dieron la opción de una habitación muy superior con un pequeño suplemento de precio. Atención excelente.」

「Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...
