We inform about the situation and an AI message assured that we will have those asasp however nobody cared even when we informed a real person. The place is clean and nice if we didn’t have to freeze during the night and shared two sets of towels in 4 people we will be giving all 5 "

"It's a characterful, slightly quirky and comfortable apartment. Close to everything, reasonably priced. We'd definitely stay again. We had some minor pickup checking in but that was resolved fast and everything was afterwards. We could suggest some minor improvements like replacing the well used pans and pots and adding a microwave."
