This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed.

Muito bom o hotel no geral, o que mais gostamos e aproveitamos foi da piscina. O cafe da manhã pode melhorar a variedade, o atendimento do pessoal por ocasião do cafe foi excelente. Fica perto do centro e da pra ir a pé tranquilamente. Tem estacionamento Vc tem a vista e o vento do mar pra refrescar seu corpo e mente. No mais foi uma ótima escolha pro custo/benefício, tenho que recomendar.

Excelente estadia, em relação aos funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos em especial o “nono”, funcionário do restaurante (excelente tapioca de nutella). Piscina e estrutura do Hotel excelente, muito confortável. Em relação ao quarto, deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos: Chuveiro quente não funcionava, ar condicionado do quarto não gelava bem, a pressão da agua era baixa, as descargas tinham que ser mais de 2 ou 3, a água do chuveiro era fraca em relação a pressão, tanto o ar como o frigobar faziam zuadas altas que as vezes assustavam. Estacionamento ficava aberto e sem ninguém presencial, o que dava um receio de qualquer pessoa que passasse na rua poderia ter acesso aos veículos e poderia causar danos.

Hotel bom mas precisa melhorar em pontos

Café da manhã excelente. Atendimento ótimo. O que não era bom no quarto é que a TV não fica no quarto, fica numa sala. Isso é péssimo. Também no quarto não havia tomadas suficientes para carregadores de celular pois as tomadas que ficam próximo a cama são usados por abajures. A piscina é top mas as espreguiçadeiras ficam embaixo de um caramanchão que não faz sombra suficiente o que os torna fora de uso.
