O hotel tem condições precárias, na fachada pode enganar pelos móveis e decoração, mas as instalações são antigas, sujas e mal feitas. O café da manhã é o único que salva, mas também não é tudo isso. O atendimento do recepcionista a noite foi péssimo! Grosseiro e não soube tratar os clientes. Solicitei um edredom e nem isso tinha. O quarto os armários caindo aos pedaços, os lençóis todos manchados, o banheiro muito sujo e fedia, o box totalmente sujo, não tinha nem onde pendurar a toalha!!! Nota dó para esse hotel

A estrutura do hotel deixou muito a desejar, pelo Menos no quarto que fiquei. A falta de manutenção nos ambientes está nítida, como Box do banheiro, frigobar, pintura do quarto, a situação não me agradou nesse aspecto, fazendo com que eu não tivesse uma boa experiência. Mas em relação a atendimento e limpeza é café da manhã, estão de parabéns.

Quarto sem janela, cama de casal com colchão ruim, banheiro com aparência de sujo, chuveiro dando choque na torneira e para piorar, uma reboada de pombos alojada entre o telhado e o revestimento do teto do banheiro cuja descoberta só se deu ao final da diária.

Quarto com mofo nas paredes. Teto sujo com muitas manchas e reboco aparente. Quanto a sustentabilidade o chuveiro com problema e a água desperdiçada. Pouca gente na recepção para atender um monte de gente. Não vale o valor da diária.

Bem localizado. Quarto com problemas. Banheiro com uma série de defeitos inaceitáveis, como o porta toalha que impede que o box seja completamente fechado. Fechadura da porta bem difícil de ser aberta. Se extraviar a chave, tem que pagar pelo chaveiro, ultrapassado.

A localização do hotel é boa, porém os quartos deixam muito a desejar, piso manchado, cama ruim, banheiro com chuveiro pingando, dando choque e o blindex faltando o pedaço da proteção, o café é razoável

O hotel é um hotel velho que está sendo reformado aos poucos. não tem garagem e o apto tem armários velhos , banheiro pequeno e chuveiro com pouca vazão. Mas o café é bem servido. Em comparação com as demais estadias que fiz no nordeste, esse foi o mais caro com menor retorno.

A localização é excelente. Café da manhã é bom. A área social é satisfatória. Contudo, o quarto que fiquei está precisando de reforma. Não disponibilizaram toalha de rosto nem toalha de piso (precisei solicitar depois de já acomodado). Portas do box do banheiro não fechavam adequadamente e molhavam o piso.

NÃO RECOMENDO

Quarto muito antigo, sem manutenção. Maçaneta e fechadura funcionando precariamente, para abrir e fechar a porta foi um sacrifício. Mobiliário e camas antigas. A porta da sacada sequer tinha chave pra trancar. O pior de tudo foi o banheiro, materiais de acabamento bem antigos e sem qualquer manutenção. O chuveiro funcionava como um conta gotas, tornando um simples banho uma tarefa complicada. Pra piorar a situação, acima do forro do quarto viviam diversos pombos que, a partir das 5h da matina, começavam a fazer muito barulho. Os problemas foram apresentados na recepção, por 3 vezes, mas em todas optaram por fazer cara de paisagem e nada foi resolvido. 3 diárias horrorosas é o que guardo de lembrança desse local. Não recomendo a ninguém e certamente não voltarei lá com a minha família.
