Great location! Staff is really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The entertainment area outside is great. It has different areas that accommodate all ages group. The pools are beautiful.

This hotel is one of the nicest in the areas but it still looks like it was slapped together by construction workers who didn't care about quality at all. The chlorine in the pool is so outrageous it makes my eyes burn just standing in the pool. The breakfast here is also seriously lacking, it seems like they make up the trays once every couple days and there's always something that tastes old, or stale, or off. They water down the juices way too much to the point where there is almost no flavor. I stayed in Sao Paulo for a week before I came here and the breakfasts there were phenomenal compared to the one here. They have two elevators in the lobby, which is not air conditioned, that make extremely loud dinging noises every time they get to a floor. I could hear the dinging loudest day in my room and it started to drive me crazy. When I asked to change rooms they said that all of them were full. Later that night my shower door shattered because it was not made of tempered glass, and then the magically had a room open for me at the end of the hall away from the elevators. If I stay in aracaju again I'll pay the extra $20 a night for a nicer hotel. If you're just looking for a place to crash with some grub in the morning that you can eat for breakfast then this is a good place. If you're looking to stay here as a part of a vacation with some luxury, look elsewhere.

O hotel PARECE que esta sendo reformado! Mas ainda precisa melhorar muito no serviço, principalmente na piscina, precário demais! Meu amigo ficou preso no elevador com mais duas pessoas por mais de 40min e não houve um pedido de desculpa e nem informação sobre o que houve!

Hotel ótimo! Taxa de serviço extra sem sentido

Hotel bem localizado, pessoal bem simpático, piscina excelente. A única coisa meio estranha é ao final da estadia quererem cobrar uma taxa de serviço além do que já foi pago da diária. Tudo que consumir em bar paguei taxa de serviço, sem problema. Mas essa taxa de serviço em cima da diária pra mim não fez sentido, porque a diária de hotel já contempla limpeza do quarto e café da manhã. A moça da recepção disse que cobravam porque tinha algo que a expedia (hotéis.com) não repassava, mas acho que o cliente não tem nada a ver com isso. Em um hotel que a diária gira entre 400/600 reais, não acho que seja razoável querer “empurrar” um valor adicional.

Excelente experiência. Já tinha ido há muitos anos e continua formidável mesmo após todo este tempo. Um bom sinal de que a manutenção é levada a sério. Ótimo atendimento. Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Eu gosto muito e voltarei a me hospedar. Bem localizado, bom café da manhã e quartos confortáveis. A única coisa que me incomoda é que o pessoal tenta empurrar uma taxa de funcionários para a gente pagar, durante o Check out! Acho isso um absurdo! Nunca vi. Deveriam parar com isso.
