「Staff were pleasant. The room was up very narrow, steep steps which was quite difficult to navigate, and we feel this could have been pointed out in advance. There was no hairdryer which would have been welcome. The fact there were hardly any other guests maybe caused the lack of atmosphere. We have since read that the hotel has a film about its history which is offered to guests to watch, but we were not offered this.
