The staff was lovely and accommodating, calling my taxi to the airport at 5am, and even opened the complimentary breakfast for me so I could have some food and espresso before my long day of travelling. "It is one of the cleanest, well maintained hotel of its size that I have stayed in. The staff is very helpful and the airy sitting areas behind the restaurant and in front of the hotel are very pleasant to sit in. I enjoyed the clean, calm atmosphere very much."

"We were looking for a location at which we could combine some exploration of historic sights with some relaxing time at the beach. Grado is probably unknown to most Americans, but I highly recommend the town. The Eliani is an ideal location, and they even provide parking. Staff was VERY helpful."
