「Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...

「Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand waren hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer immer sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus 3 mal täglich direkt mit dem Bus erreichbar, so das man nicht zwangsläufig ein Auto benötigt. 」

「En general tuvimos una buena estancia, pero sí sentimos que faltó un poco más de atención en varios detalles. Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron. La habitación no tenía cobijas y el internet era bastante inestable; en algunas áreas comunes funcionaba, pero en otras no, y en la habitación definitivamente no llegaba señal. Además, hubo una boda la noche anterior y...

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....
