「Un acierto haber encontrado habitación para dos noches seguidas en este hotel, aunque para ello tuve que hacerlo a través de dos plataformas diferentes. La habitación que quedaba libre para la segunda noche era de menor categoría, no obstante nos ofrecieron seguir en la que estábamos con terraza y vistas al puerto y en la lejanía Sunny Beach. Maravillosas las dos mujeres que atienden recepción y maravilloso el restaurante Family que nos recomendaron. No ofrecen desayuno, pero sí un voucher 10 €...

「To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues」

「Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc. The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before. Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge.. The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not...

「Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.
